Sub $100 laptop?
I thought this was interesting:
Nicholas Negroponte, chairman and founder of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Labs, has been outlining designs for a sub-$100 PC.

Reading about it, I wish my $1000 laptop had some of those listed features (the dual mode display sounded particularly cool).
